Revealing Healing Immersive Retreat — Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or attending the Revealing Healing Immersive Retreat (“Event”), you (“Participant”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Purpose of the Event

The Event is designed for personal growth, education, and spiritual development.
All information shared — including talks, discussions, demonstrations, and materials — is for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing presented during the Event constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

No medical or therapeutic relationship is created between the Host (Laura J Perry LLC, its representatives, or guest speakers) and any Participant.

3. Medical Disclaimer

• The Host and its representatives are not licensed medical providers and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any disease.

• Participants should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any changes to their health routines, supplements, or medications.

• The Event is not a substitute for medical care, mental health counseling, or professional therapy.
  
  

4. Personal Responsibility

By attending, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being during the Event.

• You will not hold the Host or its representatives liable for any decisions, actions, or results that arise from information shared during the Event.

• You understand that any physical or experiential activities are voluntary and may be declined at any time.
  
  

5. Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Event, including but not limited to:

• Emotional or physical discomfort, allergic reactions, or injury.

• Accidents or injuries occurring at the venue, during meals, or while traveling to/from the Event.

• Illness, including potential exposure to contagious conditions.
  
  

You agree to release and hold harmless Laura J Perry LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, damages, or claims arising out of or related to participation in the Event.

6. Confidentiality & Conduct

To maintain a safe and respectful environment:

• Participants agree to keep personal stories shared by others confidential.

• The Host reserves the right to remove any individual from the Event for disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior without refund.
  
  

7. Media Release

By attending, you grant Laura J Perry LLC permission to use photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the Event for promotional or educational purposes, unless you notify us in writing before the Event.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refund requests for extraordinary circumstances will be reviewed at the Host’s discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Acknowledgment

By completing registration and attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Revealing Healing Immersive Retreat Refund Policy

Event Dates: February 27 – March 1, 2026
Location: Richmond, Virginia
Host: Laura J Perry LLC

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the limited capacity and the extensive planning required for this event, all sales are final.
Once you complete your registration and payment, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued except as expressly stated below.

2. Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant up until January 31, 2026, provided that:

• You notify the Host in writing at support@laurajperry.com, and

• The new participant agrees to all Event Terms & Conditions.

No transfers will be accepted after January 31, 2026.

3. Event Cancellation by Host

If Laura J Perry LLC must cancel the event for any reason (including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances, venue issues, or insufficient enrollment):

• Participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee, or

• Have the option to apply the full amount to a future event or offering.

The Host is not responsible for any travel, lodging, or other costs incurred by participants.

4. Event Rescheduling or Force Majeure

If the event is postponed or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to natural disasters, weather, illness, government restrictions, or acts of God — registrations will automatically be applied to the rescheduled date.

No refunds will be issued in such cases, but your ticket will remain valid.

5. No-Show Policy

Participants who do not attend the event for any reason and do not provide notice are considered no-shows and forfeit all payments. No credits or refunds will be given.

6. Acknowledgment

By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy. You understand that your payment secures one of a limited number of seats and contributes to non-refundable venue and event preparation costs.
