Kingdom Mindset Group — Terms & Policies

1. Purpose of the Program

The Kingdom Mindset Group is a Christ-centered coaching and mentorship program designed to support participants in renewing their minds and walking in their identity in Christ.
It is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. All content is based on biblical principles and personal development practices rooted in faith.

2. Eligibility & Application Process

Participation in the program is by application only.
Applications are reviewed individually to ensure each participant is a good fit for the program’s purpose and group dynamic.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Only applicants who are approved and have completed checkout will be officially enrolled.

3. Payment Terms

• The full investment for the 12-week program is $1,500 USD, payable either as:

  • One-off payment of $1,500, or

  • Three monthly installments of $500 each.

• Payments are non-refundable once processed.

• By enrolling, you agree to complete all scheduled payments according to your selected plan.

• Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to group sessions and materials.
  
  

3A. Refund Policy

Because this is a small-group, high-commitment program with limited spaces, we uphold a strict no-refund policy once payment has been processed.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• You are committing to the entire 12-week program, whether or not you attend all sessions.

• Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.

In rare cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances, participants may contact our team to discuss possible options (such as deferring participation to a future group). Such accommodations are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

4. Attendance & Participation

• Full attendance at all live calls is expected.

• Participants agree to show up on time, with their cameras on, ready to engage fully.

• This is a small-group experience — your presence and participation directly impact others’ growth.

5. Confidentiality Agreement

To create a safe and sacred space, participants agree to maintain full confidentiality.

• What is shared in the group stays in the group.

• Recording, copying, or sharing other participants’ stories or personal information is strictly prohibited.

• Breaches of confidentiality may result in removal from the group without refund.

6. Conduct & Commitment

All participants are expected to:

• Approach the program with respect, humility, and a teachable spirit.

• Engage in honest self-reflection and communication.

• Avoid behavior that disrupts, offends, or disrespects others.

The Kingdom Mindset Group reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these terms or acts in a way that undermines the integrity or safety of the group.

7. Intellectual Property

All program materials, session recordings, and resources provided are the property of Laura J. Perry / Revealing Healing and are for the personal use of enrolled participants only.
Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any material without written permission is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer

This program offers spiritual coaching and mindset transformation rooted in Christian faith.
It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition.
Participation is voluntary, and each participant assumes full responsibility for their own growth, choices, and outcomes.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.) is collected solely for program administration and communication.
We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties.
Information is stored securely and only accessible to authorized team members.

10. Limitation of Liability

By enrolling, you agree to release Laura J. Perry, her team, and any affiliated entities from liability for any injuries, losses, or damages (emotional, financial, or otherwise) arising from participation in the program.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Policies may be updated from time to time to reflect program improvements or legal requirements. The most recent version will always be available on the official website.
